Personal assistant to the Division 2 Senior Management Team

Division 2 is looking to recruit a professional, highly organised personal assistant to the Managing Director, Director of Operations and other members of the Senior Management Team. As the first point of contact for people engaging with the divisional management team, excellent communication skills, flexibility and the ability to respond to changing service demands at short notice are essential.

It is desired that the post-holder will have significant experience working as a personal assistant to executive level staff within the NHS or another complex organisation. Experience in diary management, minute taking and a sound working knowledge of the NHS is integral.
