Accounts Assitant

Off-Piste Wines are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing team based in Cheltenham.

Founded in 2007, Off-Piste Wines are wine distributor, we create and sell our own brands as well as importing supplier and customer wine brands into Supermarkets, Bars, Arenas, Festivals and International markets.

**The Role**

The role is responsible for ownership of all areas of both the customer and supplier ledgers. The main duties would include:

- Balance Sheet Account reconciliation
- Resolving customer and supplier billing queries
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Purchase ledger invoicing
- Bank Postings and Reconciliation
- Customer invoicing
- Supplier invoicing
- Bank postings
- Balance sheet reconciliations

They should also:

- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, being able to post high volumes of transactions with both speed and accuracy
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a demonstrated ability to independently organise workload and structure tasks in the most efficient way
- Have a questioning mindset, able to analyse processes and make suggestions for improvement
- Have experience working with Netsuite, and Office365, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
