Our Cheltenham based client is looking for an accounts assistant to join their large finance team due to a period of steady growth.
Your Main responsibilities include:
- Processing of direct cost invoices.
- Monitoring and assisting with the purchase ledger Inbox and Service Desk
- uploading invoices on the accounting system
- Assisting with the preparation and creation of weekly payment runs to suppliers.
- Assistance at month end, year end and Audit
- To maintain the banking system supplier payment templates, making amendments as necessary, and setting up new instructions confirming bank details with the supplier
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Working with the Management Accountant to process and analyse purchases on a weekly basis
- Processing corporate credit cards and expenses using SAP
- Taking ownership of and liaising with Intercompany entities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
