Durbin are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their facilities team.

**Objective**:
Working as part of the Facilities team, the main duties and responsibilities of the facilities coordinator will be to provide daily support across key Durbin Operations.

**The main purpose of the job is to support and assist H&S Facilities Manager and Operational Team in all office procedures and other tasks as delegated by H&S Facilities Manager.**

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Working in a team and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
- Pro-active approach.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Proven experience dealing with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.

**Desirable**:

- Customer service experience
- Health and Safety knowledge.
- Previous experience within a facilities role.
- Handyman skills will be an advantage

**Main duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting internal colleagues with queries and concerns.
- Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes/actions
- Providing support with raising repairs and booking engineers where required
- Ensure correct permits to works are issued to contractors and site induction provided
- Analysis of data and report creation.
- Meet and greet visitors and contractors into the building as required.
- General administrative duties; to including filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Maintaining and keeping up to date records, reports and filing as required.
- Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly checks are completed and documented to support the facilities team.
- Undertake regular fire, H&S and security checks and identify risks
- Undertake regular site inspections and identify and record repair and maintenance requirements and update on maintenance log
- Help with office moves including furniture relocation
- Refill and replace consumables e.g. soap & towels, printing paper
- Undertake minor repairs and minor decoration
- Supporting H&S Facilities Manager, with tasks
- Additional hours (to contractual hours) may be required to meet tight deadlines
- Assisting the Operations team.
- Assisting the Quality team to ensure compliance with GDP.
- To carry out the relevant GDP SOPs as instructed by the RP of the Company.
