As part of a busy, fast-paced department, you'll help us keep things running like clockwork.

The scale of the Real Estate projects we're undertaking is huge. And that's why we need a team of organised, efficient and astute administrators. You'll log requests for funds and invoices, produce site details and manage diaries. Plus, you'll control all service charges, lease and rent information. In short, you'll make sure our t's are crossed and our i's dotted. It's no mean feat, but it's rewarding.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. It means our Real Estate teams are always kept on their toes.

The National Real Estate Team requires a Real Estate Assistant to support the ongoing development and implementation of National rollout projects across stores and RDCs in the GB / IE Aldi Estate.

The role requires experience in an administration role whilst experience in either project or maintenance roles would be beneficial. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are also required as the role involves regular engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Your New Role**
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Real Estate Director and wider team
- Diary management
- Prepare, analyse and create reports, presentations, memos and minutes
- Organise ad hoc events such as training workshops or review meetings
- Process invoices, and associated documents in accordance with departmental processes
- Monitor and report on National projects
- Co-ordinate team financial planning and assisting in projecting project costs
- Ensure the electronic filing of documents, including scanning of documents and upload of information on to asset management software
- Collate, manipulate, and analyse data

**About You**
- Experience in tracking of budgets and expenditure
- Contract and supplier management experience
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Skilled and experienced with Microsoft Excel
- Data analysis experience with the ability to create reports
- Strong sense of personal organisation with the ability to plan ahead
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to business requirements
- Diary Management and PA experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience with SAP is desirable

- Starting salary £32,345 rising to £40,860
