**Weekly hours**: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. No weekend or evening shifts. (Regular working hours are 9-5 but we can offer flexibility)
**Bonus Scheme**: We run an annual bonus scheme.
**Dress Code**:No more stuffy office dress code. We run a relaxed but professional office environment and our dress code is casual but office appropriate all week long.
**Office Location**:We are based in Manchester, M7 4PX, 10 mins north on the city centre and close to major tram and bus routes.

**About Us**:
Ardent Support provide end to end PA, admin and support services to medical consultants who have private expert witness practices.

We are looking for an enthusiastic service driven individual with excellent communication and computer skills to join our dynamic and growing team.

Your role will be to support our consultant members with managing their practice.

The key quality is having strong attention to detail and a want to achieve the highest standards in your day to day work.

**What Will I Be Doing?**
- Ensuring the accurate logging, acknowledgement and allocation of enquiries, cases and records.
- Dealing with your Medical Consultants in a professional manner.
- Supporting with our marketing.
- Supporting our accounts team
- Making outbound calls and speaking with medical experts and solicitors politely and courteously.
- Ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in terms of record keeping and Management Information (MI).
- Supporting the team with marketing requirements.
- Providing other general administration office support functions.
- Assisting colleagues in other areas to ensure the smooth running of the business

- Computer literate and proficient in use of all main Microsoft Programs
- Ability to multitask in an organised manner
- Good analytical skills, and able to work methodically and accurately
- Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures
- Self-motivation, discipline and willingness to learn
- Strong and positive work ethic and attitude
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain effective

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
