The position is full time and office based in North Staffordshire, Leekbrook.

**General responsibilities**:

- Manage sales data analysis across all sales channel - reporting against budget and forecast.
- Working closely with the Sales Director analysing the reports, and producing board reports accordingly
- Manage and collate range and product forecasting process.
- Support the range development team with data and analysis as part of the range process.
- Manage the sales function of the B2C website including product, budget, forecast and promotional plan.
- Create, implement, and review sales processes and best practise.
- Working with marketing manage the content and accuracy of the Pixsell - sales rep catalogue ordering app.
- Manage and co-ordinate the sales project costing tracker.
- Manage and implement communication to sales team in relation to stock, and product availability, working closely with planning team to manage stock challenges.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Effective influencing skills to achieve the desired outcome

Analytical, data driven and inquisitive.

Strong critical thinking skills.
- Previous experience within a sales / commercial operation role
- Excellent communication skills; liaising, establishing, and maintaining positive links with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Dependable and trustworthy, always committing to doing what you say you will do
- Enjoys a fast-paced commercial environment
- Excellent IT skills, including skills within all aspects of Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
- Responsibility in prioritising workload, ensuring all work activities are conducted to timescale and the highest standard
- Experience of interfacing in a multi-functional environment
- The desire to work in a value driven business based on pride, creativity, honesty, integrity, and unity
