Salary of £19,360 pa, plus Brilliant Benefits

We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as a Housing Concierge working nights. You’ll work waking nights across 3 of our buildings in the Bath area.
Our team look after our customers who have some quite complex backgrounds and support needs. They can have histories of substance or alcohol dependence, offending histories or have a history of homelessness and nearly all have mental health support needs
Our customers live in one of 3 properties throughout Bath and we provide accommodation and support to 19 people. We help customers to build their own personal resilience, improve lifestyle choices and prepare for independence by building on their own skills.
As our Housing Concierge you’ll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our services.You’ll ensure the safety and security of our buildings and of our customers, and make sure we get on with our neighbours
You’ll get involved in lots of different activities including monitoring CCTV from a central location, regularly patrolling across the 3 properties throughout your shift, monitoring visitors to and from the buildings and ensuring tenancy conditions and servicerules are adhered to.
As our Housing Support Concierge, you’ll also provide out of hours cover being the first point of contact for our clients during the night and at times we’ll also need you to do some general cleaning duties too.
**About you**
In this job you’ll travel between the 3 properties during each night shift, to patrol each site and to attend in an emergency or respond to an incident. You could do this job using a bicycle (it may get rather wet at times), so it would be better if you driveand have access to a vehicle (we pay your expenses to cover this use if you have business insurance on your policy). Although we don’t have a car park at our main site, there’s street parking with no restrictions during the night hours you’ll work.
