**URGENT - IMMEDIATE START **

We're looking for and experienced **BUILDER** to join the team in Barrow - starting as soon as possible.

We specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into HMOs and have multiple projects under construction - with more in the pipeline - you'll need to be able to move between numerous projects at various stages of conversion. The position is mainly in the LA14 area, but you may be asked to travel outside of these areas on occasions.

We need you to have proven experience in general building work - including but not limited to - tiling, chimney bridging, concrete lintels, steel beams, fixing floorboards, ground work/drainage, snagging - and if you have experience in refurb projects or HMOs, happy days

We’re looking for someone can fit in easily with a well-established team, flexible in their attitude and able to interact and communicate well with multiple trades - whilst being equally reliable to work unsupervised, on multiple projects at the same time. Punctuality and commitment to doing a good job, on time are key.

A full UK driving licence, own transport and own tools are ESSENTIAL.

Following a successful trial period, this is a full time permanent position.

We work Mon to Fri, 8am - 4pm, with 30 minutes for lunch - overtime/weekend work is available.
