**Our Programming Team is looking for a Community Programming Coordinator to arrange the day-to-day community programming and activities on site.**

Employing art, food, wellness (mind & body), craft, music and nature as the brand pillars, think summertime pool parties at the lido, ceramics workshops in our in-house pottery room or pressing pause during a gong bath.

Initially it is a series of lifestyle retreat hotels, based a stone’s throw from a city, enabling city residents the opportunity to escape and play but not needing to jump in the car for hours, our second property set in 200 Acres with 180 bedrooms is based 30 minutes from London Bridge.
**Responsibilities**
- Upload schedule to booking platforms in a timely manner and ensure it’s effectively communicated internally
- Ensure spaces are best utilised for sessions, keeping in mind guest experience at all times
- Communicate and proactively check other events happening in the hotel to ensure smooth operation for event planning and operations
- Process Pos & invoices for partners
- Send comprehensive confirmations to partners of sessions booked
- Meet and greet partners on site and observe new sessions for feedback
- Ensure feedback from our gusts and partners is collated and improved on a weekly basis
- Attend meetings for new partners
- Help close end of month by producing reports, reconciling P&L, budgets and collating feedback
**Skills & Attributes**
- 1 + years in a business administration environment
- Good knowledge of outlook and Microsoft suite
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, have timely follow up and execution
- A positive attitude and team player mentality
- An eye for details to create positive guest experiences
- Genuine desire to work in events and programming
- Interests in Birch pillars; Wellness, Nature, Food and drinks
