360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting for a French Speaking - IT Service Desk Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing IT Managed Service Provider in the UK.

**French Speaking - IT Service Desk Engineer
**Salary**:
Up to £45,000 + Benefits
**Permanent Role**:
Full Time - Permanent

**Location**:
This is a full time office based (No remote working)
Working from any of the following office locations;
Poole or Telford or Wakefield
**Shift Pattern**:
Due to the nature of the IT Industry, the IT Service Desk Engineer is required to work 1 week of evening shifts every 6 weeks. This will be discussed further at interview stage.

5 Weeks of Normal working hours
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Then
1 Week of Evening shifts
Monday - Friday, 2.00pm - 10.00pm

No Weekend Shift
No On call rota
No Nights Shift
**About the Role:
**The successful person will provide first and second line professional technical support for a large Managed Service customer, with the aim to fix all incidents on first engagement.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephone calls from UK and French users.
- Resolving complex monitoring alerts.
- Deploying the latest security updates.
- Carrying out systems maintenance.
- Ensure all incidents assigned to you are updated within SLA.
- Ensure all ticket updates are professional and clear to the customer.
- Ensure tickets are correctly categorised.

**Experience**:

- French Speaking
- Ability to manage own workload
- Task orientated
- Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop (version 7)
- Active Directory, Azure AD
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- Experience working in a service desk environment
