**We're looking for a part-time Branch Administrator who wants to make a difference**
**Working pattern**:
- Flexible (4 or 5 hours per day equating to 20 hours per week)
- No weekends

**The role**:
- Assist with Branch expense and cashflow records.
- Support with monitoring inventory levels and stock control.
- Organise and schedule meetings as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable and innovative filing system.
- Order office supplies as and when required.
- Provide first-line support to colleagues, escalating any complex issues.
- General administration, e.g. printing, filing, scanning and copying, etc.
- Book conference rooms for meetings upon request.
- Any other reasonable duties as appropriate.
**Your profile**:
- Proficient in data interpretation, manipulation and reporting
- Experience or familiarity in inventory & stock control
- Microsoft Office conversant
- Attention to detail
- Happy to work with competing priorities in a fast-paced business
- Adaptive communication
- Customer-centric with an interpersonal approach
