Role Overview
As a Retirement Introducer you will play a pro-active part in our customers remaining committed to completing their retirement journey through our service by delivering a great customer experience.

This is a telephone based role and whilst there is a small amount of administration involved, you will spend the majority of your time on the phone assisting our customers directly through inbound or proactive outbound calling.

Training is provided and you will have a Team Leader who will ensure you have everything you need to complete your role successfully and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- To deal with inbound calls and product enquiries, across all services, fulfil requests for information and create/book Appointments.
- To fully understand and be able to skilfully deliver the key benefits of the service, manage objections in a polite and professional manner with the aim of booking an Appointment.
- To manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call
- backs are well timed and delivered.
- To provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for customers within a team based call centre environment.

Key Skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent analysis skills, with ability to utilise information to build & influence continuous improvement
