**Financial Manager
- £45-50k - Belvedere (Hybrid working possible)**

Clemence Rogers are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join an established company based in Belvedere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce the monthly management accounts including commentary to present to the board
- Reconcile the balance sheet each month and ensure the accounts are audit ready
- Prepare and submit quarterly reporting
- Prepare VAT returns and liaise with Inland Revenue when necessary
- Prepare and produce the monthly payroll and pension calculations in accordance with company policy, ensuring HMRC payments are paid and P11D’s are submitted.
- Produce quarterly profit forecasts with variance analysis to budget
- Prepare and produce the annual budget including monthly variance analysis to budget
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy of statutory accounts
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with HP funding
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Reconcile the cashbook and report 13 week cashflow forecast to head office
- Ensure all assets are recorded correctly and depreciation is charge in line with company policy
- Ensure all HP agreements are accounted for correctly
- Carry out new and periodic Customer reviews in line with external guidelines (e.g. Experian)
- Any other duties as advised by the Managing Director
- Previous experience in a similar position
- ACCA/ CIMA qualified is preferably but not essential
- IT Skills, particularly MS Office including Excel
