Planner/administrator

**Job Summary**
The Planner Administrator in Mould Cleaning + painting is responsible for coordinating and organizing the scheduling of mould cleaning projects. This role involves liaising with clients, field technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of mould cleaning services.
**Duties**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Plan and schedule mould cleaning projects in accordance with client requirements, contractual agreements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients to determine project timelines, access requirements, and any specific considerations.
2. **Communication**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, field technicians, and internal teams regarding project scheduling and updates.
- Communicate project details, timelines, and any changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
3. **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the mould cleaning team, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, such as work orders, schedules, and reports.
4. **Resource Allocation**:
- Work closely with field technicians to allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, based on project requirements.
- Ensure that all necessary resources are available and scheduled for each project.
5. **Problem Resolution**:
- Address scheduling conflicts, unforeseen issues, or changes in project scope promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to find solutions that minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.
6. **Quality Control**:
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed according to established standards and quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess project completion and client satisfaction.
7. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of project schedules, client communications, and any relevant documentation.
- Generate reports on project status, completion rates, and any issues encountered.
8. **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, or administrative roles.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of mould cleaning procedures and industry standards (preferred).
Pay: £12.84-£13.26 per hour
