**Administrative Assistant** - Liverpool - Real Living Wage

For DWF's high profile Real Estate team we are seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to be based in our Liverpool office.

As an experienced Administration Assistant, you will be supporting the business in the production of on-site administration and carry out the following tasks:

- Photocopying, printing and scanning of documents in line with business processes
- Preparing post to be sent as required
- Locating documents from physical files for copying/scanning or other actions
- Closure of physical files and preparation of files for archiving to Iron Mountain
- Maintaining physical files in line with business process and regulatory requirements
- Downloading/uploading of documents from CD/memory sticks to relevant systems
