**Overview**:
Working for a leading regional training and development organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards professional work based qualifications.

**A typical day will include**:
Support enrolment of students
- Complete progress reviews with students (phone & online)
- Respond to student request & queries
- Handle all related administration & compliance tasks
- Deliver small group training sessions (F2F & online)

**You will need the following for this role**:

- Experience of engaging students/learners
- A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
- Car driver
- Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in a similar / relatable role or sector (advantageous)
