Office Administrator required for our office in the centre of Marlborough.

**Skills/Knowledge**

This is an exciting opportunity in a busy role where self-motivation, organisation, attention to detail and planning are key.

You will be working in the office on your own at times, often on several large projects, therefore you should be structured, reliable, flexible, and able to prioritise work so that projects are completed on time. Previous experience in a professional office environment with good communication and people skills is required, including absolute client discretion and privacy when appropriate.

Proficiency and speed using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly is a must.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Data entry for valuations and records
- Creating QR codes and labels for works for sale.
- Maintaining office filing systems and keeping records up to date, including compliance records.
- Updating systems to enhance the office efficiency.
- Setting weekly meetings and working with other staff members to make sure timelines and priorities are set.
- Diary and contact management and organising travel arrangements.
- Social media posts and mailings
- Updating the website
- Working with framers, restorers, insurers and clients PA’s
- Responsible for stationery and all office requirements

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
