Job Title: IFA Administrator

Company: National Independent Financial Planning Group

Join our team in Marlborough as an IFA Administrator where we are looking for a skilled individual to offer assistance to our local Financial Advisors.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to handle client inquiries related to their pensions, investments, and protection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking and managing phone calls effectively
  • Communicating with clients through written and verbal channels
  • Processing new business transactions
  • Compiling client review materials
  • Scheduling client meetings and organizing the Financial Advisors' schedule
  • Maintaining precise client records

Requirements for IFA Administrator:

  • Prior experience as an Administrator in a financial planning organization
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office and Platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of model portfolios and DFMs is advantageous
