Store Manager wanted for a beautiful Luxury Retailer
location: Bury St Edmonds
Salary
- £30-40k + bonus
Client:
My Client is a British heritage, Luxury retailer who has a distinct presence in the lifestyle/interior world.
This is a unique opportunity to join this traditional and beautiful brand.
Main Responsibilities Include
Effectively managing and leading the Boutique and team to exceed targets and KPI's
Managing and providing leadership to the team by being an exemplary brand ambassador
Analysing sales figures to maximise profits and drive store results
Interpreting trends to facilitate planning with a strong commercial focus
Organising marketing and promotional activities that reflect the luxury image of the brand
Demonstrating a strong commercial focus with an eye on improving the business
Ensuring that the team is providing exceptional standards of clientelling and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
Providing a consistent example of the iconic, luxury lifestyle image through customer relationship management, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behavior to the team
Ensuring that merchandise presentation reflects VM brand expectations
Actively insuring the implementation and adherence of brand procedures
Competencies and Experience Required
At least 2 years demonstrable experience gained as Assistant/Store Manager with a Premium or luxury brand
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen
Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated
Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, and customer service
Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt store and team issues
Demonstrates respect, leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectations
Shows innovation and initiative
A love of interiors and home designs preferable
