An excellent opportunity has been registered with ACR this week as a HR and Operations Coordinator, working for a Charity that has big growth plans. Already in two years they have gone from 12 to 28 employees and are aiming for 50 in the next 2 years. The charity believes that it is through its people that they can deliver an excellent and professional service and live out the vision of their great cause.

This role will support the Head of Finance & Operations with a variety of HR, administrative and organisational tasks.
- The main duties of the HR & Operations Coordinator will be to maintain the HR systems, processes, policies and to enable the HR function to support the employees
- You will also carry out duties to ensure the office is run proficiently to support an effective and comfortable working environment.
- You will drive the recruitment, onboarding and induction process ensuring that all relevant checks have been completed.
- Your role will encompass recording of the learning and development of the charities employees and support the development and appraisal process.
- You will be the main point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and promote a values-based culture focused on well-being, and positive staff engagement by offering ongoing training and education, recognising and reinforcing good behaviour.
- Ensuring that personnel files and HR database are accurately maintained and improve systems and processes as the charity grows.

To be successful in this role you will need comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and systems, be able to demonstrate a real passion for customer care and have experience of building good relationships with peers, suppliers and stakeholders.
