Facilities Operations Coordinator

Based in Peterborough

Full-time, Permanent role

£24-27k salary

A Facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator with various duties that will include (but not be limited to):

- Support internal departments.
- Use management / CAFM systems.
- Support company Directors and Management teams with day to day admin.
- Support the finance team with invoice approvals and distributions.
- Monitor safe work practices.
- Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly to offer a high level of service.

Personal qualities required include:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Well organised.

**Education**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths & English
- A Levels or equivalent College Diploma preferred but not essential
- IOSH/NEBOSH preferred but not essential
- Facilities Management qualifications preferred but not essential
