Our client is an upmarket and award-winning firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors and is currently recruiting for a Head of Residential Sales to plan, drive and deliver an improved sales service in Mayfair, St. James and Belgravia, by cultivatingexisting contacts and forging relationships with new clients. There is also a wider remit to support other offices on super prime sales.
There is already a strong client base, an interesting range of work and the backing and ambition to further develop our client’s offering. To be considered you must be able to generate and win new business, improve market share in this popular and lucrativearea in both the resales and new homes markets. Personal specification:
- A proven track record in prime central London
- Strong communicator
- Professional manner, in person and on phone/online
- Experience winning super prime instructions
- The ability to manage and build a successful team, maximising cross selling opportunities within the firm
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiating and presentational skills
- The ability to multi-task effectively to meet deadlines
- Sound team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients
- Knowledge of relevant compliance legislation
- Ability to operate with the highest standards of probity
- Skilled in reporting on development performance
- IT literacy including experience in the use of residential software packages.
The salary on offer will include a very generous basic of £100,000, plus attractive on target earnings in the region of £150,000 Benefits include a highly competitive rewards package including group pension, flexible benefits, referral schemes and generousannual leave.
