- Provide Procurement support and price negotiations for both goods and services within a food distribution environment
- Use analytical skills to provide forcasting
- Managing supply chain and stock control
- Place and expedite purchase orders as required according to business needs
- Support operations by resolving any queries regarding deliveries
- Escalate and resolve supplier queries with suppliers
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Purchasing Experience within the food industry
- Proven ability to work well with others at all organisational levels, to organise and prioritise, and to participate on cross-functional teams
- A high standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, specifically Excell
- A high standard of verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Assertive / time management skills / attention to detail
- Excellent mathematical Skills
- Keen to develop within the role

**Desirable skills & Experience**:

- Experience in Food Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- University degree preferable
- Experience in ERP systems

Monday-Friday & 1 Saturday a month 07.00am-4.00pm

Salary negotiable & dependant on experience
