The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Leading the end to end recruitment process
- Liaising with line managers to understand business needs
- Building positive relationships with third party agencies
- Writing and positive job adverts
- Coordinating interviews, participating when necessary
- Offer management
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Assisting in the onboarding and induction process
- Working closely with the L&D team to drive talent development
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Internal Recruiter will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- A strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
- A genuine desire to learn
**What's on Offer**:
- A salary of up to £30k
- Working hours 8:30-5, Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working (after successful probation period)
