Responsible for the daily recruitment requirements across the Group ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner. You will have responsibility for developing the recruitment process within the Group, ensuring all recruitment aspects are covered including candidate review, interviews, offers and onboarding.
Responsible for the recruitment & administration across all companies within the Group.
Direct point of contact for all queries in respect of recruitment & talent acquisition.
Help to develop recruitment strategy.
Maintain and minimise recruitment agency spend in line with company budgets.
Source new and innovative ways of recruiting and expanding the profile of the Group.
Create, update and issue out relevant job descriptions.
Ensure all candidates are tracked and uploaded to the ATS.
Produce weekly recruitment reports detailing performance, statistics and measures.
Responsible for setting up new starters on the HR system, uploading contract and policies and ensuring this is signed before employment commences.
Complete other HR duties required by HR leadership as and when required, including administrative tasks, employee relations exercises, group HR functions and facilities.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to ensure the recruitment process is best in class.
Own and be accountable for the creation of job specifications.
Content creation, including creative writing, to support all your stakeholders.
