**About the Role**:
**We are thrilled to be seeking a brand new Recruitment Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team in Chester**

Paying a salary circa £25,000 - £30,000 per annum working 5 days a week, 37.5 hours a week

**Showcasing skills in recruitment systems, analysis of recruitment data and a highly organised individual our newest Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the existing recruitment team with vacancies across the group.**

**Your Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager our newest Recruitment Coordinator will become a key player within our People and Culture team, and accountable delivery in the following areas:

- Proactively promoting our strategy for attracting the best and brightest talent across the Forge Holiday Group
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to create and review Job Descriptions Job Adverts, along with content for existing and new roles
- First point of contact for system queries, including developing and improving processes.
- Reporting and analysis of recruitment data, including trends, and market data and benchmarking salaries.
- Owner of the content for our Careers Website, LinkedIn content and other company pages such as Glassdoor and job boards such as Indeed. Liaise with the Social Media team to promote and develop posts for social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Work alongside the wider People team to ensure we follow fair recruitment practices and implement these across the business.
- Maintain relationships with external Recruitment Partners and assist the Recruitment Manager in maintaining a successful and efficient PSL - ensuring our SLA’s are followed at all times.
- Managing the recording of recruitment costs monthly
- Ensure that all recruitment invoices have purchase orders and that invoices are paid on time.
- Managing the administration of the recruitment process end to end.
- Assisting Hiring Managers in interviews and assessment centres when needed
- Managing the new starter process and liaising with the wider team, L&D and Line Managers to successfully communicate all new starter information as part of both remote and office onboarding.
- Monitoring and maintaining employee records on all internal databases and ensuring right to work checks, are collected as part of the offer and onboarding process
- Ensuring our Referral Scheme and internal recruitment is effective
- General administrative support, as required

**Essential Skills**
- Advert writing / copy-writing skills
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferably Sage. Reviewing and developing processes and writing user guides for internal users
- Reporting and analysing recruitment statistics, providing reports for senior management.
- Experience working alongside a wider team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working with sensitive and confidential data to a high level of accuracy
- Experience of drafting correspondence to a high level of quality
- Strong IT skills, including intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience of managing content on external sites, such as career pages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to strive for high accuracy and quality 100% of the time
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Willingness to learn and develop own skill set

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in social media promotions (ideally LinkedIn)
- Experience using job posting software
