Hunter Mason are currently working alongside an architectural firm to source a Junior Estimator for this silage team. This role will entail supporting the process. Ensuring that any silage is processed in a profitable and effective manner and is a great opportunity to start your career as an Estimator.

**Your new role as an Estimator**
- As an Estimator your responsibilities will include the following:_
- Preparation of tender submissions for all allocated work
- Engaging with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies (or similar) to ensure competitive an accurate tender is submitted
- Establish the resources required for each project
- Measuring and take-offs from drawings to Build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme and scope of works
- Cost Planning
- Producing bills-of-quantities
- Pre and post Contract meetings with clients
- Proactively seek new leads and fostering new client

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
