An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Video/Social Media Specialist to join Bridges Properties. We are looking for someone to come in with great energy and passion for the property industry.

**Role**

Create property videos and content to market our clients' properties and entice buyers to want to view them.

Create videos and content with our team on a daily basis.

Manage/Grow Bridges Properties' social media channels.

Post regularly on all platforms.

Work closely with the rest of our team.

Think of innovative ways to market Bridges Properties.

**Must-Haves**

Must be able to provide examples of previous work.

Proven track record in a similar role.

Energetic/Enthusiastic personality.

Passion for property.

Take pride in your work.

Ability to be proactive and take initiative.

**Requirements**:
Full Driving License.

Own Car (Mileage Paid).

All equipment will be provided (Phone, laptop, etc.)

The salary for the role will be £25,000.
