How you’ll make a difference

The role is responsible for the execution of financial crime strategies and activity in line with regulation and agreed risk appetite. You will lead the development and delivery of all first line financial crime operations activity for personal and business customers, including customer and payment screening dispositioning, transaction monitoring investigations, Customer Due Diligence activity, court orders and ownership and execution of quality checking activities across financial crime. You will also support the Customer Banking Director to design TSB customer risk appetite, ensuring alignment with TSB policies and relevant regulation and legislation and in line with TSB agreed strategies. You will lead the implementation of regulatory change activity for financial crime and co-ordinate a holistic view of financial crime risk across all TSB channels.
