We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse Night Shift Team to support logistics operations and deliveries to our High-Speed Crafts sailing to Jersey, Guernsey, St Malo and Cherbourg, this season.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to learn and able to share our TRUE Values and Safety-First culture.

**The Role**

In this role you will ensure the timely operation of all daily warehouse functions, managing staff as directed and ensuring the warehouse meets and exceeds company expectations.

In addition to this you will also be involved in:

- Ensuring the Warehouse operates in a safe and efficient manner at all times and to feel empowered to stop work in the event of any unsafe practices.
- To ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in a timely manner and in accordance with all relevant HMRC legislation and Company procedures.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies as required in a professional manner.
- Ensuring the safe working and planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment as required, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitoring stock control and ensure stock takes are completed in a timely manner as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Previous manual handling experience is essential and as the job can be physically demanding, we also look for those with resilience and a determination to continually perform well.

**Important details to know**:

- Shifts will begin on a roster of days / weekends whilst training and move to Night shifts from 30th March 2023.
