Wessex Fire & Security are a family run company based in Dorset, with over 30 years’ experience in the Fire & Security business both in domestic and commercial settings. We are seeking a service sales and coordination person to join our team. We have an exciting opportunity supporting our client base in and around the Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, and Wiltshire area dedicated to pricing timely reactive repairs following planned service visits and call outs. The work will extend to managing the accepted orders and conducting the follow on process to raise a service works job, order parts, and assist the coordination team with scheduling the works and invoicing.

**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for pricing system repairs following planned service visits and call outs to ensure continued compliance for our large customer base on security and life safety systems.
- Keep regular contact with service coordination and the Administration Team Leader to ensure quotations are being sent accurately and promptly complying with our company SLA's.
- Follow up all quotations sent to ensure a regular and active approach of your pipeline and to maintain active compliance and customer interaction on issues raised.
- Raise jobs on our in house system for any accepted works and order parts accordingly with our stores department.
- Work closely with service coordination teams to allocate sold works in the engineer diary and close all completed jobs and invoicing.
- Be dynamic and innovative with your approach to enhance potential opportunities.
- Speak with engineers and customers as required to assist sales quotations where needed.
- Manage daily workflow and tasks to complete all elements of the role in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage monthly job closures and invoicing to maintain positive cashflow to the business.
- Proactively work with other sales channels within the business where required.
- Attend in house and external training courses when required.

**Essential Competencies**:

- Previous experience within the fire & security and/or electrical industry with knowledge and experience on pricing and producing quotations from engineer reports.
- Self motivated with the ability to plan and manage works to deliver excellence to our customer base.
- Ability to work within deadlines and reach targets and goals set.
- Good numeracy skills and use of Microsoft word and excel to create quotations from prebuilt templates and pricing sheets.
- A can do attitude and the ability to promote the company’s core values
- Strong organisational ability and processes to complete day to day tasks
- Approachable, professional, and present the company image at all times
- Ability to deliver and maintain exceptional customer service across our client base

**Remuneration**:

- £25,000 - £28,000 basic PA (doe)
