Aftersales Manager

We are recruiting for an Aftersales Manager to work with a down to earth, supportive, and motivational Head of Business. You will be tasked with growing the service and parts departments.
Representing a fantastic brand based in **Tunbridge Wells, Kent**, sits an impressive aftersales operation, in need of your leadership. You lead the team, motivate, inspire, and maximise every opportunity.
**The Requirements**
For this role, you **must** have experience working in a service or aftersales facility as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.
You will also need to have a proven stable background that shows resilience and persistence in any given situation.
**Salary and Benefits**
You will be put onto a basic salary of **£45,000 - £50,000**, with a realistic **OTE of £55,000 - £63,000**. You will also be given a company vehicle as well as many other benefits.
The working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, Saturday's are not a requirement but may be required as cover as and when.
