You will be working in a leading escape room attraction as a **Welcome Host**.
- Welcoming customers and signing them in for their escape room experience
- Selling retail items and producing photo souvenirs
- Serving food & drink (hot, cold and alcoholic drinks and a small range of snacks and assisting with catering for parties)
- General cleaning and housekeeping of the premises
- Other duties as required

There may be the opportunity to multiskill as a game host if required by the staffing needs of the business.

You should be comfortable interacting with the public and creating a memorable experience for our visitors. Full training will be provided but experience in a similar role is an advantage. Examples of similar roles include retail/customer service or bar/resturant work.

**You must be aged 18 or over as this role involves serving alcohol.**

This is a part time, flexible position. The salary is in line with the hourly NMW rate for your age. We can offer a part time contract of between 30 and 60 hours per 4 week period depending on applicant availability and preference. Shifts are allocated weekly within your availability, we will offer you shifts equivalent to at least your contracted hours every month. You may be offered additional hours and you are expected to accept these within your availability unless you have previously indicated that you will be unable to work on those dates.

This is a part time role initially on a fixed-term contract for 12 weeks, there may be the opportunity to extend the contract dependant on your performance and the staffing needs of the business.

**We are located in an industrial mill, the access road is poorly lit. Please ensure that you are comfortable with your travel to and from work before applying. You will regularly be finishing work late at night when public transport is not always available.**
