**Beverage and Food Service**:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wines, beers, and cocktails, adhering to our high standards of presentation and quality.

Engage with customers to take orders, offer recommendations, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

**Customer Interaction**:
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.

Anticipate and respond to customer needs promptly and courteously, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Foster positive relationships with patrons, enhancing their overall satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

**Beverage and Menu Knowledge**:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our wine selection, including varietals, regions, and flavor profiles, to assist customers in making informed choices.

Stay updated on current beverage trends and menu offerings, proactively sharing knowledge with customers and colleagues.

Collaborate with the team to develop and refine beverage and food pairings that complement our menu offerings.

**Bar Operations and Maintenance**:
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including equipment, glassware, and supplies, to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, promptly restocking as needed to meet customer demand.

Adhere to established procedures for cash handling,

POS transactions, and closing duties to maintain accuracy and accountability.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality roles preferred.

Strong knowledge and appreciation of wines, beers, and cocktails, with a willingness to learn and expand expertise.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays and special events, as required.

**Salary**: £18,139.56-£22,056.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
