We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

As a Bar Associate at our establishment, you will be the face of our bar, responsible for crafting delicious drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. From classic cocktails to innovative creations, you will showcase your expertise and passion for mixology while providing attentive and friendly service. Your creativity, personality, and professionalism will help maintain our reputation as a premier destination for drinks and socializing.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink offerings.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Customize drinks to accommodate guests' preferences and dietary restrictions, while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring proper sanitation practices.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service, including communicating orders and coordinating with the kitchen.
- Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and policies to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws.
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude, even during busy and high-pressure situations, to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, as well as mixing techniques and drink presentation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and provide personalized recommendations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving drinks, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: £22,030.00-£23,976.00 per year
