**Assistant Marketing Coordinator**

**Location: Babipur, Porthmadog**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the team, preparing products and props for photo shoots and other marketing purposes.
- Creating displays in the photography rooms, our new (coming soon) on-site shop and showroom to showcase our products.
- Greeting customers who visit Babipur Towers and guide them around the new showroom.
- Dressing the video rooms ready for filming.
- Assisting with writing product descriptions for our website.
- Create product listings and brand pages on our website.
- Editing and resizing images for the website.
- Serving as a bridge between headquarters and remote workers by physically inspecting items or arranging for products/equipment to be sent out.
- Helping with the creation of social media posts and campaigns.
- Learning about the products we sell in order to be able to assist with product-related tasks and projects.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills.
- You are both creative and analytical with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Good understanding of common office software programs and task managers
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Instagram Facebook and Tik Tok
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across different marketing channels and materials.
- Ability to create visually appealing displays and arrange products in an attractive manner.
- Basic skills in image editing, resizing, and optimizing images for the website and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of basic photography principles, including lighting, composition, and image editing.
- You have a positive attitude and can-do approach, you are willing to get involved and will always stay focused.
- Basic understanding of html and common web building platforms (preferred)
- Skilled and Experienced in Adobe Suite and other image editing programs (preferred)
- Understanding of SEO principles (preferred)
- A passion or interest in responsible and ethical supply chains (preferred)

**The detail**

This is a full time position based in our North Wales offices at Ty Gelert Porthmadog. Monday to Friday 9-5. Salary is £22-25K dependent on experience.
