**Overview**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an **HR Systems, Performance & Data Project Lead **to join the AURA programme team. This is a critical role as you will provide senior specialist support to the Programme Manager and wider programme team. The main focus will be to drive forward the development of improved system processes, data reporting and analysis, and performance management practices, ensuring programme outcomes and excellent customer experiences are achieved.

This is a secondment/fixed-term contract opportunity until March 2024.

**About the role**:
As the lead HR Systems, performance and data specialist you will provide technical advice and support to the AURA programme team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead on the discovery, design and development phases of key programme deliverables
- Undertake detailed analysis of the HR Systems, identifying areas of improvement that align to the core principals of the AURA programme.
- Develop business cases to secure approval on system, reporting and process improvements.
- Lead on benchmarking exercises to identify suitable solutions/improvements that can be adopted by the Council and it’s HR systems.
- Work in partnership with ICT colleagues to ensure all existing HR systems are utilised to their full capability.
- Stakeholder management across a variety of stakeholders
- Undertake process mapping identifying, drawing out pain points and benefits to help develop improved processes.

Any-Desk:
As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements*.

**About you**:
We are looking for a talented individual to drive forward the identified deliverables of the AURA Programme on behalf of the HR&OD Service. You should have strong communication skills as well as an excellent team player. Substantial relevant experience as a HR professional expert in a medium or large complex organisation within a related specialist field is essential.
