**Agria Pet Insurance**has a fantastic opportunity for a **Technical Project Lead** to join our team. This is a **Hybrid** role and will consist of working from home and our Aylesbury office. You will join us on a** full time, permanent basis **and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£45,000 - £50,000 per annum.**

**About the role**:
As our Technical Project Lead, you will manage projects & changes from inception to delivery from a technical perspective, working alongside the wider project team to deliver complete solutions.
The role will involve engaging with internal teams & senior management to gather requirements and draft technical solution specifications. Then working with the internal teams, external vendors, and partners to deliver the end solution.**
**Responsibilities as our Technical Project Lead will include**:
Technical Project Management**For purely technical projects the technical project lead will be responsible for the full to end management and delivery of the project. For business projects the technical project lead will work alongside a business project manager to deliver the full end to end solution.**Drive the requirements gathering for projects, ensuring all business area needs are captured, clear and understood.**Creation of project plans and ensuring realistic timelines are set, using Microsoft Project, Kanban and other tools.**

**Day to Day**Manage small/medium changes through to completion, working with a scaled down project framework model. Some projects will include working onsite with other Agria territories.**Some helpdesk support may be required to triage tickets and assign them to appropriate resolver groups.**

**General**Work to meet the departmental objectives and achieving required quality results.**Be fully conversant and ensure all company and departmental policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times.**

**Excellent communication skills**Ability to work to agreed performance targets**Versatile, with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business**Ability to demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours to meet business needs.**Travel to Ireland on a regular basis with overnight stays will be required.**Travel to Europe will be required.**
