- Your Role**

You will be joining a team which supports people with learning disabilities. Our aim is to give the people we support as much control over their own lives as possible.
This is a responsible role which is really varied, and extremely rewarding. The job is about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices.

On a daily basis, you may be involved in supporting people with the following activities:

- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Washing
- Managing finances
- Personal care
- Attending Doctors/ hospital appointments
- Shopping and socialising
- And many more.

**About you**

We don’t ask for specific qualifications or experience, - although experience would be desirable. We just ask that you have the compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect.

**_ Please note this role will include elements of weekend and evening work so flexibility is essential. Being a driver is also preferable_**
