A varied role that is part of an admin team providing a professional and proactive HR administration function for both the factory and commercial and business support functions. The HR Systems Administrator will provide a customer focussed service, providing HR and payroll administration, as well as contributing to HR projects and providing transactional HR advice to managers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Using HR systems to ensure accurate employment records (including; HRIS, Time & Attendance and Recruitment)
- Managing the recruitment process using the recruitment system to advertise roles, schedule interviews and issue offer letters
- Manage and report on absence data from the T&A system
- Provide system reports, as and when required
- Provide a responsive administrative support to all managers and employees acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Administering the new start and leaver process
- Administering monthly payroll
- Supporting the preparation of documentation including contracts of employment, ad hoc letters to staff, contract changes and leaver confirmation
- Administer case load including; scheduling meetings, taking notes
- Supporting annual processes including appraisal, bonus, pay rates
- Take an active role in HR projects
- Support Employee Forum
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Any other duties required

**Skills**:

- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (mail merge, pivot tables, v-look ups)
- Computer Literacy essential
- Fast and accurate when typing or entering data with meticulous attention to detail
- Keen to develop in role and supportive of process improving and new ways of working
- Ability to maintain confidence
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Team Player

**Experience**:

- Previous experience with HRIS, or equivalent, is essential with a keen interest in system development
- HR administration experience in a busy role is preferred
