As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will be working on exciting campaigns, creating engaging content and getting support and guidance from a Dragons Den backed company full of industry experts who have experience in supporting an apprentice, helping them achieve their goals and progressing within the company

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of digital media platforms.
- Measure and evaluate the success of digital marketing activities.
- Update the company website using the content management system.
- Create engaging content for the website and videos for social media channels.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Salary - £13,000 - £16,000
- Hybrid Working - 3 Office / 2 WFH
- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 28 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Someone with content creation experience /degree or qualification beneficial
- People person and outgoing
- Creative mindset
- Eager to learn and willing to progress
- A cheerful and optimistic approach to work
- Grade C/4 in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2
