**Hours**:2 days on, 4 days off shift (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance

**Pay rate**:£30,672 to £31,294 per annum* Opportunities to pick up extras shifts / overtime at enhanced rate.

**Essential requirements**:applicants must hold a full, UK driving licence (please note we cannot accept international driving licences unless issued in a country with a reciprocal arrangement)

We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children high levels of care and allow them to achieve amazing outcomes. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21 and have right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship.

**The role**:
Our Stafford home is a small group home that offers a homely setting for three young people who need therapeutic placements. Our teams support their young person with all of their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together.
