Our Reeds Rains branch in **Hebden Bridge**, West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a highly motivated **Trainee Estate Agent** on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Trainee Estate Agent working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £22,000 to £25,000 per annum
- Salary starting from £17,500 per annum
- 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
- 5-Day working week
- Loyalty days for length of service

In the role of a Trainee Estate Agent you will be responsible for growing and developing the business within the branch by:

- Generating and conducting Viewings
- Winning and gaining new applicants
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Maximizing branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, lettings)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
- This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches._
