**About the Role**:
As a member of our Home Finding Support team, you'll play a crucial role in helping the people that we care and support find suitable housing that meets their needs. Working closely with local authorities and internal teams, you'll ensure that each individual receives the support they need to thrive in their new home.

You will be monitoring and capturing data, producing various reports for internal departments and external agencies including HOD's and SLT level reports. Capturing trends and new business data. Being able to report on KPI's set collectively with line manger.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for referral requests.

Manage and lead the Home Finding Support Team.

Monitor and record incoming referrals, providing accurate reports to senior management.

Assess referral suitability and provide timely responses.

Maintain communication with relevant parties to ensure referral progress.

Collaborate with other departments to meet increased demand.

Serve as the liaison with local authority teams, representing Bedspace professionally.

Contribute to process improvements to enhance our services.

**What We're Looking For**:
Supervisory or management experience is essential.

Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local authorities and the referral process.

Understanding of safeguarding procedures and GDPR legislation.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

**Requirements**:
Good level of general education.

NVQ 3 Administration or similar qualification is desirable.

Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
