**About the role**

This is an exciting new role to join our People & Culture team to build exceptional talent at InfiniteCFO As the Talent Partner, you will drive iCFO’s growth through attracting and hiring a range of skilled finance professionals. You will be responsible for the overall recruitment strategy, working directly with HR and the leadership team to source the best talent, hiring for cultural fit and personality as well as skill set.

You’ll be based at our London or Cheltenham office with the ability to travel across our office locations and occasionally work from home.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a detailed understanding of our operating model and strategy, spending time with our teams to truly understand the business along with each role and its requirements.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment networking events.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting top talent, with a focus on finance roles at all levels.
- Experience of working in a startup, scale-up or other fast moving business.
- Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing recruitment methodologies.
- Ideally you will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
