Flight Directors is leading General Sales Agency in the UK. We have a passion for aviation sales, airline reservations and customer service.

We are actively recruiting for a specialist team, working alongside one of our major customer airlines. We welcome cultural diversity and a "can do" approach.

This role will be working as part of a growing team dedicated to one airline. We will be responsible for handling all their reservations and customer service needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call answering
- Making airline bookings using the airlines chosen GDS
- Providing a high level of customer service

**Requirements**:

- Polite telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Aviation experience, preferable but not essential
- Strong writing skills
- Always happy to help approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
