Ticketing and Reservations Executive

**The Role**
**Day to day duties**
- Answering telephone enquiries from travel agents and the general public
- Providing feedback to the sales team on call volumes and nature of all the enquiries
- Providing customers and agents with quotes
- Making bookings throught the airlines GDS (eg: Amadeus, Sabre, HitIt, Videcom)
- Making changes and updating bookings
- Working airline Q's
**Required knowledge and skillset**
- A good knowledge of at least one GDS ie: Sabre, Amadeus, VAR's
- Ability to communicate effectively both written over the phone
- Can"do" approach to work
- Willingness to help and problem solve
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and generally computer literate
- Great team player
- Excellent time management and can meet deadlines
- Flexible approach
