**Personal Assistant to Director of Brand Comms & Creative and Director of Digital Marketing - Maternity Cover**
As a Personal Assistant you will play a critical role in making sure the senior team have the information and support required for their role.
With a strong understanding of the team’s objectives and priorities, you will accurately prioritise and manage the flow of information. You will have experience of building relationships, a strong sense of initiative and exceptional organisational skills.
**As a Personal Assistant you'll**:
- Understand the objectives of the areas overseen by the directors and be able to engage and influence to help ensure priorities are delivered.
- Manage their diary and appointments daily whilst collating and prioritising all information required for key team meetings and ensuring sufficient time is given to enable them to familiarise themselves with the content.
- Provide various administrative duties such as minute taking, organising meeting agendas and venues, HR updates and holiday bookings as and when required.
- Respond as needed to relevant communications coming into their inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses are issued.
- Ensure the directors completes expense and SSP sign offs in a timely manner.
- Support in organising cascades and other team events, including venue booking, organising refreshments, ensuring the event runs seamlessly, arranging the correct equipment, organising rehearsals, collating, and editing presentations.
- Champion new ways of working within Marketing and Nectar and work with the Leadership team to ensure key meetings are planned in advance to the required frequency and corporate memory of meetings minutes and actions are centrally logged.
**Our Brand Director and our Director of Digital Marketing would love to see**:
- Good commercial acumen gained through Retail or marketing experience.
- A strong understanding of business and office operations and how to ‘get things done’ in this environment.
- Appropriate level of PC skills including Microsoft Office packages. Working knowledge of Teams, One Note, SharePoint and One Drive is desirable but not essential.
- An appreciation of marketing operations.
