**We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join us at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow hotel.**

**Overview**:

- As a Finance Assistant you will safeguard and grow the value of the hotel asset by serving as a business partner, carrying out day-to-day duties within the finance function by assisting the hotel operations controller and the finance department.
- Role of Finance Assistant involves ensuring that all revenue posted is accurate in accordance to the company standards and practices.
- Assisting the Hotel Operations Controller on goals to optimize financial results.
- Counseling the hotel team on ways to maximize profits and cash flow.
- Providing hotel team with reports and information that can be used as a basis for improved decision making.

**About You**:

- As a Finance Assistant you have attention to detail to ensure that work is accurate, thorough and to the highest standards.
- Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results.
- Finance Assistant role requires great communications skills to clarify and provide information so that co-workers, customers and suppliers understand and can take action.
- Ability to understand the guest and internal customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
